Orders: Orders will be invoiced at the correct prices, discounts, and terms, even though incorrect prices, discounts, and terms may appear on the customer’s purchase order. Product prices and designs are subject to change without notice. Standard Ship Items; will be processed, produced, and shipped within 4-5 business days from receipt of order.

Payment Terms: Prepayment via Visa, MasterCard or AMEX or Company check.

Purchase Order Minimum: $100.00 unless otherwise stated.

NET 30 day terms available OAC. Email your Trade References to Info@DJTags.com along with your company profile. Credit request results require 72 hours for processing.

Prepayment by Wire Transfer is acceptable. DJTags® is not responsible for bank fees which typically run $40.00 per transaction. Customer is responsible for including those fees in their transfer amount.

Taxes: Orders shipping to the following States require a Tax Exempt Certificate, Current Resale Certificate or are otherwise subject to the appropriate taxes; Arizona, California, Washington.

Custom and Non-standard Products: are NCNR (Non-cancellable and Non-returnable) after customer has approved their proof. Lead-times may vary, but generally a custom product can be built within 14 business days. Minimums and set-up fees may apply. The quantity shipped may vary 10% (+/-) on all custom orders.

Request for Quotes: DJTAGS® will quote your special size, film and large quantity items by request. Please send your quote request by emailing to Quotes@DJTags.com and include your requests for special credit terms, freight allowance, and any other details required. Quotes typically are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Freight Policy: Customers will be charged freight according to product weight from origination zip-code to destination zip-code based on Carrier’s current rates for the service type chosen. UPS is used in most cases and freight charges will be added to your order accordingly. Should you prefer to use another carrier or want to use your own UPS Account please list your number in the comments box on your order. DJ TAGS® is not responsible for rate changes, box charges, or pick up fees by the carrier.

Freight Allowance: DJ TAGS® has suspended the freight allowance policy due to the instability of petroleum products and their effect on transportation costs and availability.

Conditions: The user shall be responsible for determining suitability of the product for his/her intended use, and user assumes all responsibility for injury, loss, or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of misuse. Ziptape products are carefully inspected before shipment. As it is impossible to detect all imperfections, our policy is to replace such goods as proven defective. DJTAGS® warrants that the product is free of defect in material and workmanship and their only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product that the user proves to be defective; they shall not be liable for any damages including consequential or special damages. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are given.

All technical information and statements contained herein are based on laboratory tests we believe to be reliable, but the accuracy or completeness is not guaranteed under all circumstances.

Claims: All Claims of shortage or erroneous charges must be presented in writing within 10 (ten) days after receipt of shipment. All claims of defect and/or adjustments must be presented in writing to DJ TAGS® within 90 days of the date of shipment.

No adjustments, special terms, discounts, freight allowances, agreements for substitution or exchange of products, or the acceptance of returned materials will be honored unless it has been specifically agreed to, in writing, by Discount Jewelry Tags.

Return Material Authorization: (RMA) must be requested and approved prior to returning any item otherwise the package will be refused at our Dock. All credits are subject to receipt inspection of the products and a restocking fee will apply.
